3. Once IMEI or Serial is submitted, no cancellation is allowed within
the stated processing time. Processing time described is an approximate
value, it is not guaranteed since it depends on server loads, network
availability, etc. We will do our best to obtain all unlock codes as
quickly as possible. As we will do our best to cancel your order if you
are in trouble.
4. If you claim codes/service doesn't work, clear continuous video must
be provided so we troubleshoot and assist further. If you are having
difficulties please contact us for further instructions on what we need
to resolve your problem.
5. Wrong purchase, wrong IMEI, wrong model/carrier submission or hard
locked phones(unless service is for unlocking such phones) will not be
refunded.
6. If your phone is already unlocked or not asking for a code, no refund
will be provided. Make sure your phone prompt for a code and is not
unlocked prior to purchase.
7. No refund for Unlocks which do not work due to blacklisting in the
country, an Activation Lock on the device, or issues with the handset
hardware.
8. In case Apple iPhone unlocking, it does not unlock iCloud. There are
no refunds for iCloud lock issues. Turns off Find My iPhone.
9. To protect buyers accounts we carefully check every purchase for
fraud. If we suspect that any order has been placed by a suspicious
buyer we reserve the right to hold it for further review or cancel any

10. The Service is a GSM unlock: Buyer is responsible to ensure whether
the device will be CDMA compatible after unlocking. Each iPhone has its
own compatibility for CDMA. If you need it unlocked for CDMA you have to
check your imei number on your desired carrier BYOD site BEFORE
purchasing. If it does not work with CDMA carriers I am not responsible
and no refund will be given since your phone is still GSM unlocked.
