Unlocking Instructions

Android Device Unlock (Samsung, Motorola, Etc)

1. Turns off Wi-Fi.
2. Insert a non-carrier SIM card (any carrier that is not the original or affiliated provider)
3. Turn the phone on
4. The phone will prompt you for an unlock code or pin
5. Input provided unlock code
6. Phone will read "Unlock Successful" or similar

Apple iPhone Unlock

Once you have received the "activated" or "unlocked" message, please follow these instructions carefully.

1. Turn off your iPhone.
2. Remove your original SIM card from the iPhone.
3. Insert the non-accepted SIM card back into the iPhone.
4. Turn on the device and complete the onscreen setup process.
5. Finally check the carrier signal

Using an original SIM Card:

1. Back up your iPhone.
2. When you have a backup, erase your iPhone.
3. Restore your iPhone from the backup you just made.
** some case, you need the latest version of iTunes or iPhone iOS is using the latest version.

Device Unlock App Instructions (T-mobile/MetroPCS/etc)

1. Please make sure your phone has an Internet Connection through Wi-Fi or Data and the T-Mobile?sim card is inserted.
2. If you have received "Unlocked" above, please open the app called "Device Unlock".
     * For most phones it is found in: Apps > T-Mobile?> Device Unlock
3. With the App opened, click on "Permanent Unlock".?
4. Within a few seconds, the App will display "Unlock Successful".
5. Your device will reboot and you can use your T-Mobile?device on other Carriers.
